smaller than expected but great quality
I read that a tiny bit of salt in daily drinking water helps with hydration, and also, there is lead in some salt, so this seems to be a better alternative than other salt. Also, it's very pretty to look at.

Grind the salt, please...
I do most of the cooking in our home and I must have coarse sea salt because with a mortar and pestle you can get the texture you'd like for individual and unique applications. The Food To Live Coarse Mediterranean Sea Salt is easy to grind and tastes great.

False Weight
I portioned out the entire bag into 2 pounds increments for storage purposes. It's advertised as 12 pounds but it is only 10%23's in the bag. I purchased 2 of large bags, which means they shorted 4%23's of salt on my purchase.
