Good for small projects
I prefer metal to plastic, this zipper is not smooth has some resistance, and is not too thick which I prefer to be more rounded and smooth.

I love the metal zippers ! The nylon zippers are so unreliable and temperature of the dryer needs to be considered. Give me a metal zipper any day!

Quality - moves smoothly - good width - great!
Will buy again! I picked up the black zippers with silver zipper teeth in store. What a super buy -- far better quality than the zips from Hobby Lobby. I like that the Coats and Clark zipper move smoothly. They move without requiring a ton of force - it doesn't stick - and they feel durable. I like that the zipper head isn't nearly as wide as the HL zips ... which means when I'm sewing bags I don't have to fight my way around it nearly as badly while sewing. And the slightly narrower head just looks prettier too. The price is very good. No complaints at all. Looked just awesome in small crossbody purses and coin purses so far. Easy to cut to size as well - but use a junk scissors so you don't ruin your sewing scissors. I will definitely buy more.

Good and Bad
Picked these up in the store. Price was more than I expected for the zippers. There was not a lot of colors to choose from.

The picture of the zipper shows a black zipper. The zippers I received have a silver metal colored zipper.. The material supporting the zipper is cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't recommend.
