old school social media.
as a 30yr truck driver and now retired. i either used cobra or a galaxy. i decided to get a cobra 29 in my rv. seems to be the same quality as one you would get from a truck stop.

I drive a dump truck and i need a radio that I can depend on that will be there when I need it so far this radio has been there when I have needed it .

Reception and transmission is great.
Reception and transmission is great. The controls are standard but allow for fine tuning. Overall great radio.

Misleading
Nice radio, great features. Works well. SWR meter sucked. Caused me to cut magnetic antenna to much. Changed antenna coupled with 18 ft. Cable and got great reception and transmission with an actual SWR METER.

I bought two radios for a Kenworth T880. Called there customer support and they were no help and the guy I spoke to had no interest in helping me with my issue. The truck was pre wired and has two antennae's SWR well above three in other truck same issue.

Walmart stole my money and never delivered the pac
I ordered this cb over a week ago. I received an email stating that it had been delivered. The package never arrived. I was home all day waiting on the package. The FedEx driver pulled into my driveway, sat there for 25 minutes, then drove off without ever getting out of the truck. 10 minutes later I just received an email stating that the package had been delivered. I never received the package. I called Walmart, customer service and informed them of the failed delivery. And that I never received the package. I was told I would receive a refund for the package. I never received the refund either. I will never buy from Walmart again!

The new cb's are junk not made by cobra any more . They are owned by an investment company that could care less about quality.
