We live in a housing development that is approximately a mile long circle we let our son ride his bikes with a walkie and have had zero issues even on the low range channels (under 5 miles or something ). comes with one charge cord that splits to charge two at once. I'm excited to have these for family trips and plan to purchase more. highly recommend for keeping groups connected vs cellphones with spotty service, monthly fees, missed call etc. I don't see a scenario where we would reach a 32 mile distance but plan to test that range through the mountains soon and hope to update my review then. thanks for reading.

It was a little difficult to find the charging port, other than that I was completely happy with the quality and the price! I bought it as a gift for my grandson, he used it all day until the battery was dead, and it had to back to being charged, for more use! He was absolutely delighted with it! I would recommend this product to everyone! The quality and price were excellent!

I bought these to use with my dad for kayaking and I've had them dropped into water while on, they never faltered once and over water have held a good connection for about 5 miles on land it's been good for about 3 miles unless you're in the mountains or in aggresive terrain. I was visiting dc and was receiving signals from all over the city just having it on search mode as well I live cobra and will always trust their brand.

Only concern i have is the clip is only locked in place by a small plastic tab but i leave it on my life vest so might not be a issue. Came with rechargeable batteries or you could use regular AA batteries. Radio itself seems durable and screen is easy to read. I havent tested signal capibility since we use on kayaks on the same body of water. Works great for what i require of them

Able to use these over our 6-acre property. Good static-free reception. Battery life seems good. Only complaint is the hands-free feature (not having to push button to talk) seems to have to be re-instated every time I turn it on. The radios do not remember the setting.

Hello 2 All, I live in a 20 acres neighborhood and these work well for my young children. The call button is a very awesome feature. Not a problem yet. These Walkie Talkies are great! My beautiful wife would have problems getting ahold of me while working in the yard, she would text me on my cell but get no response because I leave my phone in the house. These are light weight and small so they clip nicely on my belt and the ring is loud enough for me to hear while mowing. Buy this product especially if you are an avid hunter, hiker , and love to camp these are perfect to stay in contact with each other.

The batteries are only listed at 800MA so they only last a day or two. it does not come with a charging stand but needs to be plugged in VIA a USB power source. Will be searching for a charging stand if available?? Programming was easy.

Couldn’t even range less than half a mile wouldn’t connect. Couldn’t even get them to try to connect to one another and then upon reading the fine print that wasn’t put on the website with the product. I found out that it couldn’t reach because due to valleys and mountains, meaning it has to be a complete total Straight non-interrupted line between walkie-talkie to walkie-talkie thus making them pretty much useless unless you were having a certain amount of distance or an actual road or wide open area with nothing between them.

After years of trusting the COBRA brand, I have to say how disappointed we are with these!!! Living on top of a mountain, you think these would have done a great job BUT nooooo!!! They only get out for about 1/2 mile. Will definitely be returning for a refund and I cannot recommend these.
