I love these supplements! It's been about 2-3 weeks now and my skin looks so much clearer and my hair is shiny/fuller. Originally, I was taking a spoonful of organic coconut oil a day, but considering how awful it tasted, this was a good substitute lol. Try it, you won't regret it.

Daily usage will invigorate your life
Coconut Oil Supplement is a daily requirement in my opinion. It has been a strong energy source and my heart loves it. I even break open the capsule and put on hair to keep it from breaking, going wild with frizzys, and stabilizing static electricity. Coconut oil is known for its antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. I even use unrefined coconut oil to keep my teeth white by putting a teaspoon in mouth for 15 minutes in morning and evening. Even my dentist asked how I keep teeth so white and healthy.
