Have purchased this for a friend. Seems to be working well for various issues. This is a high quality product and the ingredients are good. Package is of good size. Apperantly working well for sleep and improvement is noticable. I am not sure for how long this was consumed though

I have been using the apigenin in conjunction with magnesium l-threonate, gaba and l-theanine and night for several months now and find that it really does benefit my sleep quality. I found codeage about a year ago and am very happy with the quality of their products.

Apigenin has a lot of fantastic health benefits, so I was excited to try this. Overall, I think it's really good, but I ran into a few issues. First, the capsules seem way too large for a 50mg apigenin supplement. Second, the taste lingers a bit. It's mild and not unpleasant, per se--it tastes a bit like chamomile, which apigenin is derived from--but I wouldn't repurchase again for that reason. That said, I'm hypersensitive to scents and flavors, so if you're not, you're probably good to go!

I have been using a number of code age liposomal products including CA-AKG, Apigenen, and Turmeric, quality wise the effect has been undeniably positive. my only concern is about ingredients, particularly their use for the capsules Methylcellulose versus natural cellulose. Methylcellulose is synthetic and I am concerned about build up after long-term use for several products. I have communicated directly with code age customer care and they indicated they have no current plans to switch to plant cellulose unless they see customer demand. If this is a concern to you too, ienrojrage you to go to their website and communicate that.

I heard such good things about apigenin for sleep and was hoping to experience the same. Oddly whenever I tried it I would have vivid nightmares, and my whoop recovery/HRV would be very low the next day. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to agree with me, I'm not sure if anyone has experienced the same.
