This is the 3rd 2000+mg brand and it is my absolute favorite! I feel absolutely great on the days I take it. My blood sugar is stable and I have energy. To be clear, I do not have diabetes (I have non-diabetic hypoglycemia) and do not have PCOS as far as I know.
