I got this for my hormone imbalance and to regulate my period after missing three in a row. I started taking in less than a week I'm already ovulating. I feel a great change in my body. When my period starts I'm coming back to write another review. Buy iiiitttttt!

Taking this means that i don't need to take an additional coq10 tablet and it means that i don't need to mix a powder in my drink for the inositol, especially when it gets hard to swallow and it has helped to regulate my cycle.

I am so impressed with this brand of supplements! I am pre-diabetic and their GLP advantage supplement immediately got my blood sugars under control, except for my fasting sugars were still slightly elevated. I did a lot of research and found that myo-inositol helps with fasting sugars. I chose this brand again since I had a great experience with their other products, and just as I had hoped… controlled fasting sugars within a week! I cannot recommend this brand and supplement enough!
