Great product!!! After one month I've already noticed a huge different in the quality of my hair and skin. And the melatonin factor makes it perfect to take at night! Just make sure you take the pills a good 30 minutes before you lay down so you swallow all the way.

This product gave me headaches and restless leg at night. I do have a sensitive immune system so it may be that a certain ingredient or more didn't go well with my body. But, I have been struggling with sleep issues for a few year now and this product did make me very sleepy. I gave it 5 stars because the seller had strong customer service and replied right away to my concerns. And the seller showed they actually care about their products and customers. Also, I gave it 5 stars because although it gave me headaches and restless leg, it did make me very sleepy. Otherwise than that if you do not have a sensitive immune system like I do or sleep issues, then give this product a try it works well.
