I like codeage for the good quality of their supplements. I wanted to start taking collagen to improve my hair and nails and I already use melatonin so this was a good choice. I'm 63 this year and need all the help I can get,so reducing the amount of supplements is a plus. My body gets a good nights rest and rebuilding of cellscwhile I sleep is a added benefit. After working in the garden, I have issues falling asleep,but this has a mild, calming effect if i dont drink my mint tea before bed. Feeling refreshed the next day is a great feeling. Not tired at all if i sleep less than 8 hours...(due late going to bed). I must also add shipping us extremely quick!
