No stimulant help you go
When Your tummy just isn't moving the workload lol it helps, but you need to drink it with a whole glass of water.Each time , that is eight ounces , minimum. follow the instructions. And stay hydrated. what this does is helps fluids collect in the intestines and helps it move along. And this is not a take one day it works. 2, 3 and even 4 depending on how bad. and long your issue has been going on This is from my own experience consultant physician.If you have any questions or conserns

I recommend this above all other brands even Dulcolax. There are 2 different ingredients in Stool Softeners and I have bad reactions to any form of Magnesium. RESEARCH. If you don't want stomach cramping don't take a stool softener with a stimulant. There are many out there Please do your RESEARCH 🌈

Colace is a wonderful product list is a wonderful product. My family has used both the 50 mg as well as the 100 milligram capsule. It is gentle to the body and produces results.

This stool softener is the best on the market. To help your product work well, drink a full 8 oz glass of fluid with it. The more fluid during the day will push your bowels to relieve faster. Good health to you.

A Nurse in the hospital told me to buy this, because my medication they gave me stops bowel movet, this stuff here is great .Within 2-3 hours it's a relief. No diarrhea. Where other meds have given me issues after taking it

We have been taking Colace brand regular strength stool softeners for many years. It does its job but takes a long time to do its job. However, the Colace stool softeners are now available in "Extra Strength" and we just purchased a bottle.

It is the perfect pill to take which helps avoid straining. I have some temporary health issues, that any straining could cause other issues.

It is extremely awkward to get items I did not order. Especially when I have absolutely no use for them - or storage room for them. W ould be great if someone could collect them.

the taste was hortid , the capsule immediately disolved on my tongue, i had to brush my tongue to remove the pieces of the capsule that had moved to the back of my tongue . try another way !

The shipping was lousy. the packages was stepped on for days and the box of pills was crushed but the bottle was not damaged the packages was dirty it needs to be better handled and shipped better. I had never complain about my order before. until now.
