Sooo good!

Sonyuh August 6, 2017

I opened the bottle and immediately got the wonderful olive oil and garlic smell. I could not wait to do some dipping. Of course, I had no crusty bread! Toasted bagel would have to do haha. Surprisingly, it was amazing on bagel. I can only imagine what a nice crispy warm baguette would taste like! I love dipping olive oil and this garlic flavor made it all the better. Can't wait to get to the store and buy some real bread. Next up though, is sauteed veggies in the garlic olive oil. Should be extra yummy. I really love this stuff and highly suggest it if you are a dipping fan like me or just want to use it to cook. Olive oil is so much better for you than vegetable oil and much tastier too.

Garlic Flavored Olive Oil

julyalwys July 31, 2017

Wow! I really like this product: Colavita Extra Virgin Flavored Olive Oil - Roasted Garlic. Upon opening this container you can smell the goodness of the garlic in this product. I could not wait to use it. I tasted it and fell in love. If you are a garlic lover, as I am this product is for you. I have used it several ways thus far: I made shrimp scampi - the flavor was robust and there were no pieces of garlic to be found. If you ever run out of garlic, using this oil you will never miss it. Great substitute. I roasted some vegetables using this oil and the hint of garlic was present. I marinated some chicken breast and roasted in the oven...great. and the to top it off I used it as a dipping sauce with some fresh made bread. I love this product. I would recommend this products to any one who loves to cook with olive oil and garlic.

Great Garlic Flavor!

Starlight1972 August 21, 2017

I received this Colavita Extra Virgin Flavored Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic, 32 Fl Oz from the Wal-Mart Spark Reviewer Program to try. I really love the robust flavor of garlic that it brings to my dishes! It also has kind of a nutty flavor as well! The bottle is stylish and sleek in design and it is a trusted well known brand of oil that has great favor profiles that add that extra dimensional flavors to your dishes! I plan on trying some of the other flavors as well, such as the basil and lemon flavors, which I think will pair nicely with my seafood dishes!

Great oil and salad dressing

Jeanette93252 August 1, 2017

This product was just what I expected. Not only is this an excellent olive oil for cooking, but also it makes a wonderful salad dressing. Last night I made a salad as part of dinner and decided to use this as my dressing instead of my usual ranch dressing. It was a much healthier choice and was very delicious as well. The hint of garlic is key to this tasty oil. It of course is one of the best oils to use for everyday cooking. I love the taste of garlic, so this product was perfect for me and my family. I would buy this product again!

What a treat!

PacificGrandma August 4, 2017

Who has not been to an Italian restaurant where they offer bread and a plate of olive oil for dipping? So when I saw this Colavita Extra Virgin Flavored Olive Oil, I thought this may have a hint of garlic and may be similar to that fine dining experience. Was I wrong! This has the big bold flavor of garlic which I liked, but it was light to the palate. I just added some coarsely ground tri-color pepper to the plate of this olive oil and my dinner guests cleaned the plate and asked for more. I also drizzled this over the pork roast before I put it in the smoker. This added an additional depth of flavor you cannot get from garlic salt or ground garlic. I cannot wait to try this on items I plan to cook in my slow cooker, on casseroles, and drizzled on pizza before cooking. What a treat!

Very tasty!!

Trying to eat healthier, and olive oil is the way to go for less fat and calories. I found a recipe for low fat and low calorie Tuscan Pizza, and used this oil to brown the Italian chicken sausage. Gave it such a flavor, it was so good. A great addition to my healthy regime!

Very Light Oil for Cooking

Wrchurch August 1, 2017

The Colavita Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in a 32 oz. (1 Quart) plastic bottle with an easy pour lid. The oil is a light color and has a mellow flavor. I used the oil to cook spiral zucchini that doesn’t cook very well if the oil I use is heavy. I found that this oil was light and it didn’t take much in the pan to keep it from sticking. I also noticed that it didn’t saturate my food and make the zucchini soggy either. I was skeptical about this oil because of the “garlic roasted” listed on the label. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not overbearing as garlic can sometimes be. In fact, I used a little of it to dip my bread in with my meal. It was an excellent compliment to my healthy meal. I am very conscious of the nutrients in my food and was happy to see that the saturated fat (2g) is very low and the Monounsaturated fat (11g) was high. My dietician recommended that in my cooking I try to find the best condiments and ingredients when preparing my food. This oil will become a staple in my cooking from now on.

Great experience with garlic flavored olive oil

Austinbiggirl July 28, 2017

Colavita Extra Virgin Flavored Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic, 32 Fl Oz I received this product free to use/review as part of the SPARK review program. I have not used garlic flavored olive oil previously and first used this product on french fries that I baked in the oven. The garlic flavor was too intense and I later found the suggestion online to mix it half and half with unflavored olive oil. I also made a broccoli, pasta, Italian sausage/cheese dish with only this garlic favored olive oil (no other sauce) and it was great. The residual flavor from the Italian sausage coated the vegetables and when mixed with the pasta along with the olive oil had just the right flavor. When I made old fashioned toasted cheese sandwiches I drizzled this olive oil on the tomatoes before placing them in the sandwiches for grilling and again the flavor was fine, not too strong. So far I love the results of cooking with this olive oil and would recommend it.

Great on fresh veggies.

Block13 August 6, 2017

My stove died so will update how it is cooking to cook with later. I wanted to try the Olive Oil with Roasted Garlic, so I cut up some tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers. I added the olive oil and added salt and pepper, then sprinkle some dill on it. Let it set for a few minutes to absorb the flavors and there you go, a lite delicious lite lunch. Have a nice, it was great and enjoyed the flavors. Would buy it.
