Coleman 765946 Hooligan 2 Backpacking Tent 8x6 Ft Orange

Bought a Hooligan 3 a couple months ago for an upcoming camping trip and I bought this one for two more people coming along. I had my grand kids over for a sleep over and they slept in the tent, in the rain, and they were dry as a bone. This tent has a full coverage rain fly and is as good a tent as any that are 5 times the price. It was very easy to set up and take down. Looking forward to using it on my backpacking trip in the Fall.

Great well built small tent for 2 people if you are using sleeping mats, for one person with a twin air mattress. It's a very simple design that's easy to set up in 10-12 minutes by yourself. Good size entry door and window for air circulation. The rain Fly extends out far enough to store your gear instead of having to store inside the tent itself. Overall great buy for my solo trips.

Bought this tent for a 6 day trip to Key West, so proud of this purchase! Held up to the wind, rain and heat. We were able to set this up easily and had plenty of room for 2 people and 3 suitcases. It's small enough to fit inside a larger suitcase for flying needs. We only used the tent for sleeping and storage. We had flooding rain the first day there and the inside of our tent stayed dry, no signs of water. Would recommend to anyone.

Great value for the money. Much more room than I originally thought. Easily put a queen mattress inside with room to spare. Set up in 5 minutes without even looking at instructions.

everything met expectations except package was missing two stakes and the stakes that come with the tent are very chinzy either than that tent is great

Motorcycle camping is what I bought this tent for. Set it up very easily in my yard for trial. It gives me the top headroom I needed in order to dress without getting cramps in my legs which my previous three tents did. This tent has plenty of space inside for myself to move around in and keep all my things without it being cramped in like the one person tents I'm discarding. Yes, it takes eleven stakes, but that isn't much when moto camping. I would suggest to anyone buying this tent to take some electrical tape to tape together the joints of each section of joints of the poles "BEFORE" inserting them. Putting the poles into the sleeve is no problem. Taking the poles out, and it is long, is where problem arises as they will come apart in the sleeve. Having them taped together eliminates this and removing one wrap of tape is simple. We're it not for this issue of the poles, I would give this tent a five star.

Most reviews on here for this tent have been solid. The fly for this is heavier than the rest of the tent combined. For the price this is excellent! We backpack and this is great for spring to fall. If you run warm this will work for light winter.

I have had much more expensive tents with less quality.lots of room keeps everything dry.love this tent.

I used the tent for a week. Not light enough for a backpack trip. I held up in a rain storm. Takes no time to put up and take down. A 10 year old can put up the tent by themself.

Only put up tent twice. The second time tent was put up the area the pole goes through split (ripped) I have been camping since the 1970,s Have always used Coleman gear. This product is made of very flimsy material Should have kept and returned but was on camping trip and the into dumpster
