Coleman Child Glow in the Dark 45-Degree F Rectangular Youth Sleeping Bag, Illumi-Bug, 26"x66"

These were Christmas presents for six of our grandchildren. Two of them used them immediately for two nights on grandma's floor, and continued using them as they went to the other side of the family to sleep on the floor. The "glow-in-the dark" bugs were an over-the-top addition! However, I did notice that a tag (zipper area) had pulled off after the first night's use, and I don't think that was from abuse but rather a lack of reinforcement stitching. Outside? Don't know; we will have to wait several months for 45 degree night time weather to try that.

Grandkids love them, bought each their own because we camp alot. Nice choice of patterns/colors. My adult daughter can even use it, lol.

I bought this for my 8 yr old daughter. She was having an event at our kids church where they were sleeping over the weekend in boxes to raise money for the homeless called " Boxed In". So i got her this sleeping bag to make her a little more comfortable. She said she loved it. Right size and comfort. So i am going by what my daughter has told me. Only problem she had was trying to roll it back up and squeezing it back in the little bag it came in.

It was supposed to fit up to a five foot person and it did not...it was too small

I had my eye on these bags for a couple years before I bought them. They are now my go-to for cool-weather camping. The fabric is easy to wash in my front-load washing machine. I usually air-dry them or use the lowest heat setting on my dryer. Most of the time I'm camping in the RV during cold weather, so believe that buying these bags for tent-camping was the best possible decision. Coleman products are often more expensive than their competition, but the build-design and quality justifies the higher cost. I expect these bags will last me for many more years of outdoor adventures.

Shipping was very fast and the bag came just in time for a snow storm so the tent could be put up in the basement for some i door fun. Seems to be well made and really like it has fasteners on the sides so the young ones can roll it up without much trouble. Only down side is the glow in the dark aspect. It isnt as good ad I hoped and would only deduct a half star for it. Kids dont care though. Its great.

I bought this for my daughter for a Girl Scout troop sleepover. I got it for under $20, arrived quickly (I knew I could also return it to the store if I didn't want it); looks just like the pictures - better than I expected. The glow in the dark lighting bugs and jar are so cute, and my daughter loved it. It's also enough padding that it's like having a comforter on the floor, and it'll keep her warm without a blanket. Comes with a carry bag to put it in once you roll it back up, you can stuff it back into the bag to carry around.

This sleeping bag is adorable. I purchased it for my daughter and she loves to see the glowing bugs- and crawl in and out of it. This sleeping bag is easy to set up and put away: it pulls easily out of the bag, and rolls up easily using button tabs and loops, and ties to keep it secure when storing. I think my favorite part is that the storage bag has plenty of room to put away the sleeping bag without it being a fight ;) So far, this has kept her warm true to the Coleman expectation. Great product; highly recommend!

The main reason I bought this was for the Glow in the Dark feature. But nothing glows. Even opened it up and let it “charge” in the sun. Nope still nothing. I even looked up reviews on numerous sites trying to figure out what us supposed to hlow since the product does not hsve even one photo snywhere showing it glowing. All reviews I read complain of it not glowing. If I knew that ahead of time I would have purchased a different coleman sleeping bag. Other than that it's not a bad sleeping bag for a kid. I had no problem folding it back up correctly and I liked the ties versus the elastic bands that are never that strong anyways. And I got in the bag no harder than putting a pillow in a pillow case. Haven't needed for cold nights yet but worked for warm nights above 70 just fine. Used it more as padding to lay on with a separate light blanket. looks like it would be easy to wash in a regular size washing machine and I'm sure dries up easy. Just wish the main features advertised for it weren't a big fat disappointment to a 5 year old lie.

Perfect sleeping bag for our girls! They love it. They were warm.
