I want to know why you CANNOT SHIP TO MY ADDRESS. Did NOT RECEIVE ITEM in delivery and says they cannot ship to my address. WHY

Did not hook up to saluspa like it said it would.

Doesn't filter out the sediment on bottom of hot tub
