Colgate is one of my favorite toothpastes, it leaves me with a great feeling of deep cleaning, its soft and creamy texture is easy to handle, its delicious mint aroma I love it, it has a good durability of dental hygiene.

Many are questioning why it foams, and that is because of the chemical used known as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, or SLS. This chemical is what allows it to foam. Which may result in the bad taste effect, foaminess, drying of the mouth, canker sores, irritation, etc. It is best to look up all of the ingredients beforehand! So those who may get irritation should not use this, but those who do not can continue. And I typically enjoy this toothpaste.I would actually rate it 4/5 stars, but i'm posting it in this section for those who may be confused!

I have used colgate all my life and I finally bought the regular cavity protection and it is just horrible. It is like foam and doesn't stay on the toothbrush and doesn't have the same flavor as it used to have as a kid. I will never buy this product again. Like I said I have used colgate all my life and I am now in my 70's.
