The texture is smooth, not gritty and it hasn't caused any sensitivity sensitivity like other whitening pastes I've tried. The mint flavor is light and leaves my mouth feeling clean without being overly strong. No complaints so far🦷 I love it!!

The formula it self is extremely strong and did make my mouth pretty sensitive and sore. Overall I would not recommend this paste for how strong it is. If you decided to use it please use pea size amount as a test first.
