Colgate Sensitive Enamel Health Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth, Peppermint, 1 Pack, 6 oz

For me sensodyne sucks and I swear it makes my teeth feel worse, This was a game changer. My front teeth are so sensitive recently to the point I stopped eating or drinking anything cold. First I tried sensodyne and it was horrible after a day of using this everytime I brushed I was back to drinking my cold stuff again. I have replaced my usual toothpaste and only use this now. plus its cheap!

I've been using this toothpaste for more than three years and I love it. My teeth have great enamel for my age. The dentist was impressed. And the sensitivity is decreased.

I always read labels but in addition I compare ingredients. I need to use sensitive protection toothpaste and Sensodyne was my go to. After comparison to Colgate sensitive, I found the identical active ingredients. Sodium Potassium 5%. Also the Colgate price is much less.

I have very sensitive gums and this makes it where my mouth doesn't hurt all day. Tastes great and the value is great

I got this because I had used a toothpaste(3D WHITE!)that made my teeth hurt! I was literally in AGONY for 2 weeks and this with a rinse helped immensely and all back to normal now. I can use this along with regular COLGATE whitening toothpaste with no problem and will never switch again!

The name just about says it all, it's just a matter of whether it does everything it says it does. I can happily say the answer is yes. I normally use 'Colgate Total' once a day and use a 'Sensitive' toothpaste the other. With this I toothpaste, I don't need the other one. I like the fact that it's smooth and not gritty like some that I've used in the past. I like the cool mint flavor and it lasts for a while after I've brushed my teeth. I realized after brushing a couple times that it kind of encouraged me to brush more often. For the sensitive teeth, it's worked quite well and seems better the more I use it. I don't eat or drink anything that would stain my teeth. My teeth are nice and white, so I can only guess that that part is working. I'll have to wait for my next dentist appointment to get their opinion of the 'Prevent & Repair' part. The Colgate toothpaste I normally use has done a good job with no cavities in years, so expect the same from this. I'm mainly looking forward to their opinion of the Repair part.

I have very sensitive teeth and gums, and I have fragile teeth. I have tried many different toothpastes. I like this one best of all! Colgate used to have one similar, but they discontinued it. It also had the "Gentle Mint" flavor. This one is even better than that one----kind of a "new and improved" version with a different name. It works great, and I love the "Gentle Mint" flavor. The other mint flavors burn my mouth, but this one does not. Everything you could possibly want in a toothpaste is in this one, including whitening. I highly recommend this toothpaste to anyone!

I've recently developed some sensitivity in one of my teeth so I was interested in trying this toothpaste. The box the Colgate Sensitive Prevent & Repair with Whitening Toothpaste, 6 oz. came in makes it sound like it does it all. It helps prevent sensitivity, repairs weakened enamel, prevents cavities, and it whitens! It claims to be a clinically proven formula that works fast, within 2 weeks, and builds a protective shield to prevent the sensitivity. It says it has the maximum strength FDA allowed antisensitivity active ingredient. It also gives a little educational tutorial on where sensitive tooth pain comes from. My product came in a Gentle Mint flavor paste that really is gentle. After using this for a week my sensitivity is not gone, but it has lessened. I'm hoping that the longer I use it the less the pain will be. I'll give it a thumbs up.

This is the first product that I've tried that hasn't really impressed me. The good things about this product include the convenience of the easy open dispensing cap. Flip top is always best for quick/secure opening/closing. The packaging was very attractive and inviting. The size/amount of the product was adequate for the pricing listed, and the flat stable top made storage easy. The paste provided a good clean feeling of my teeth, and seemed to really help with limiting the sensitivity of my teeth. The thing that I did not care for was the mild taste. The flavor was a gentle mint, and it was truly that "gentle". So, although my teeth felt clean, I felt that I did not have a clean, fresh breath that I get from my regular tooth paste. I also didn't really notice the whitening that the paste indicated on the packaging. I don't always believe the promises indicated on items, but I was hoping to see at least a slight difference in the shade of my teeth color. Overall, this product was average, but still a good product to address teeth sensitivity. I would only recommend getting different flavor if you prefer that minty fresh feeling after a good brushing.
