I'm on my Second Bottle. The bottle says to take 6 a day. 2 is enough. My nails have not been this strong in years. People are starting to notice my complexion as more natural and firmer.

Taking collegian
I like that I could get this in a capsule form. It's easier for me to take this way. I believe that I can tell a difference In my joints .
