I'm on my Second Bottle. The bottle says to take 6 a day. 2 is enough. My nails have not been this strong in years. People are starting to notice my complexion as more natural and firmer.

I chose this because it has the most amount of collagen and is easy to swallow.

I like to read ingredients and directions before I ingest something -- consider me odd that way. This item arrived with a huge label covering all important info -- all for an tiny internal barcode. So I could read important information, I removed it carefully, hoping the info below was not damaged; it wasn't; however, the result was a sticky mess that I could not pack for my upcoming trip (for which I purchased -- it to avoid bulky powdered collagen). To remove the sticky remnants: 1) used a light 90% isopropyl alcohol, that didn't work; 2) tried acetone, fearing smearing the under-label; no smear, but didn't affect the sticky at all; 3) moved to mineral spirits and scrubbing which worked on second try but left a stink; 4) re-used isopropyl to remove stink and that finally worked. The way I figure, each effort knocks off a star and there are four here -- all to read a legal label -- and I haven't even USED the product yet. Not good. I don't know what this adhesive was, but it was likely he same stuff they affix nuclear symbol stickers with. Silly.

the bottle had been opened and several different types of pills are inside. I need a replacement for this error.
