Only real product that works on my rosacea

Justine August 13, 2026

After years of working with skin care professionals, and trying so many different medications, I am so relieved to find a product that works so well. I see some of the comments saying that the product does not work well with dry skin, but I would beg to differ as I have very dry skin and this product works perfectly. I do prep my skin first with using the color science moisturizer but that's the only step. I love to buy this product on sale, but I'm honest it's worth a full price. A little bit goes a long way. I also just returned from a 10 day trip to burning hot Barcelona and the only sunscreen I wore on my face was this product and I returned home completely burn free, even during the day on the beach, where my face got wet. Very impressive and so grateful for this product.

Amazing!

Holly M. August 29, 2026

I'm sharing a photo where I used All Calm on only one side to show the difference. I have a lot of redness and mild rosacea and this hides it perfectly with a heavy makeup feeling. I love this stuff!

Love this stuff

Jessica L. April 12, 2026

Yes it's $$$$$ but also it does an incredible job of covering the redness in my skin and seems to be improving my skin over time. It feels weightless and is a great layer before some foundation. I'd definitely recommend... especially if you HSA/FSA is paying. :)

Great for skin redness and rosacea!

Miriam February 9, 2026

I recently purchased it for the first time. I have used it several times. At first I wasn't sure about the texture but now I can see how it helps with my skin making it look more even and it goes on with a neutral tone. I have rosacea and this product seems to calm the rosacea as well as to cover the redness.I definitely recommend it...

Great product

Linda M. May 4, 2026

Really does the job. Has not only sun-protected my nose with its rosacea flare up but definitely did calm the redness. Only problem is that it doesn't seem to mix well with the colorescience makeup/foundation. Using both of these products together creates a blochy look. So, I just use the redness corrector and a Revlon powder on my nose.

Needs to be warmed up

Elizabeth B. April 6, 2026

I like the all calm. It does leave a bit of a foundation look since it's designed to cover red/pink. It does cover well. But I have to warm it up with a self tan product or contour because it leaves a bit of a neutral look. I have a very warm olive skin tone.

Poor customer service

jessica October 30, 2020

Ordered 2 bottles. One was fine, the other was defective and cream would not come out of bottle. I have been using this product for a few years and know this happens sometimes. However, I reached out to the 3rd party company to have item replaced, and I never received a response. My husband was able to break into the bottle so I can at least get to product, but bottle not usable

Way too chalky, heavy, and white

Sarah A. May 9, 2026

This was a total let down for me. I'm a light-medium tone and this was straight up white on my skin. It was like rubbing paste into every single pore and dry flake and highlighting them. So I tried using just a small amount but it doesn't make a difference. It's just not a good formula and it is not meant for combination-dry, medium skin at all. I love ColorScience's original sunscreen and was hoping this would have been a similar formula but it's like paste that accentuates everything.

Ineffective and overpriced

Mary June 18, 2026

If your skin has any texture, including dryness, avoid this product. It settles into lines and pores, and sticks to dry patches. I tried to use a couple different moisturizers and primers to prep my skin before applying, but receive the same result. Although the shade is similar to my skin tone, it looks and feels chalky and unnatural. I can't speak to any medical or long-term rosacea benefits it may have because it is unattractive and uncomfortable to wear in the short term. I'm disappointed given the cost, hopefully this review saves others some money.

Chalky

tracy March 15, 2026

So the way this "corrects redness" is by covering it with a beigy-greenish paste. There's nothing soothing or elegant about it. Might as well just use pure zinc oxide. Super disappointed, especially for the outrageous price.
