It was easy to assemble (took less than one hour) and very sturdy. I love the extra few inches of space under my bed and so does my cat! Having my bed off the ground gives me room to store items in cloth bags, cute vintage suitcases and gives my cat an "under bed hidey play space". I highly recommend this item in any size. It has definitely made my bedroom more organized.

WOW a heavy box was delivered right to my door as requested. After removing my old bed, I opened the box outside, and removed sections a few at a time, following instruction, very simple and easy to understand. I basically had to sit in a chair to do everything, cannot bend over without falling, There are just three easy steps to completion. Tools needed are supplied. And if an 82 year old woman can do it, anyone can do it.

This bed frame surprised me. It came with everything needed to assemble and the set up and instructions were very easy to follow. The material is very strong and durable with a nice finish. It took about 20 minutes to assemble but it's extraordinarily sturdy and durable. Would recommend purchasing brackets to keep the mattress in place. Definitely a great purchase for the price.

Quick shipped. Item was exactly what we purchased. Very good valve. I would have given 5 stars but 1 bolt was missing from the box and had to purchase it at the local hardware store. Not a big deal. It is very sturdy 2 large adults are able to get comfy with no problems.

Customer service was really bad, both the supplier and Walmart. The shipment originated from Texas and the beds were not shipped out yet. So they should not have shipped. The first time I called Walmart, he couldn't help me. I was trying to get these 3 bed frames to a charity place in Tazewell, VA . The second time I called CS at Walmart, it was a different fellow. He told me he would cancel the order and told me to reorder. Well, he did not cancel the order, so I had 2 orders going to Tazewell. So that charity, Blackberry Winter, had 6 beds arrive. The charity sent me the cost of 3 beds. They did this without my requesting a refund. Blackberry Winter gives bed to children who are sleeping on the floor.

Assembly was easy and fast, directions were simple to read and had pictures to help. Seems sturdy enough, but it's too soon to tell. The only thing that's a problem is the corners: they stick out more than my mattress and they are kind of sharp so be careful. Also recommend buying some anti slip furniture pads if you don't have carpet because it does slide easily and did scratch my floors.

Assembly extremely easy. Appearance is top notch but the overall quality is horrible. The pipes at the bottom of the bed fall off every time pressure is put on them making the mattress sink unable to properly sleep on the bed. Over all a terrible headache this bed frame.

I ordered it paid for it waited for it to be shipped to me it arrived but not to me to someone else in my apartment complex so I never got it but I did get a refund although I wanted the bed frame but now I can't afford it but somebody in this complex whoever the driver was delivered it to the wrong building an apartment there's so many apartment 14s but there's letters on the building so how could he mess that up

I sent this to my nephew who is in the US Army...he returned it to Walmart in OK...they said it would be credited back to my credit card...and after (4) months ..it is not!!...I have made many many calls ..and no help...All have said the Wal.art associate in OK..did not put it in the system...that it was returned. The bars on the inside of the frame pop out every time you get up, move the bed, or lay down. We have to raise the mattress, and put one of the several bars back where they go. These bars on the inside don't screw in or attach, they lay there and move out of place. This design is bad.
