Soft and Comfy
I'm using the footrest as I write this review, and it's the most comfortable under desk footrest I've ever had. The best part is how soft it is. I love using it barefoot.

Comfortable
Not too hard or too soft. Supports feet. Adjustability is very simple. Has held its height and shape well. So far we really like it.
