I love the design of the massager and alao the hear function. I also like that it holds a charge for a few days. I use this one in my bedroom because it's portable, so the portability is very convenient.

At first because I was so tight in my neck and shoulders it hurt, but after a minute or 2 ,I loosened up it it felt great. Its a great product glad I bought it.

This wireless neck and shoulder massager is a great find. The hands-free design makes it easy to use while working or doing chores. The kneading nodes hit just the right spots, relieving the tightness from hunching over a computer all day. The heat function adds a nice touch, warming up quickly without being too hot. It's lightweight, so wearing it for a while doesn't feel uncomfortable. Battery life is solid too, lasting through multiple uses before needing a charge.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She's pretty happy with it. Two elements that make this one unique are, the strap that holds it behind your back so you can stand up and walk around - The heating element right in the center.

The massager gives a good deep tissue massage but it's hard to handle and keep in place!

this one is better then the last one i owned. the last massager i ordered was painful and this works better, but the battery dies after every use. you het what u pay for i guess

Very difficult to put on. My husband said take it back!

it has 4 messaging mechanisms that looks like it's more than 2 working. however nomatter where you place on your shoulder on your upper back only 2 reaches your body. the other 2 just sit in off body motion. it's not comfortable either. I would like to take to store in my area and get credit to my charge card at cap 1.

Really wanted to like this massager. It hurt more than it felt good. The style of the massager is a no for me. I've tried a different one with rolling balls and that one is worth the buy. The way the test is designed on this one doesn't reach you because the massager blocks them.
