i bought this item and it worked great intil one day it stopped working and i couldn't figure out why...i put it down for about two weeks and then I tried it and still nothing , So i just threw it away and thought to myself if i wanted to try and get another one. the funny thing is that I don't remember if i put any warranty on it when I originally purchased it.... i wished it was still working because I could definitely use it right now...

The massager was nice but broke after only one hour. Simply stopped working. The heater is a little underpowered taking forty minutes to fully warm up and still doesn't adequately warm my toes. The power supply is only 24 watts so this is not surprising.

There is no comfortable place to just rest your feet when not using the shiatsu massagers. There will always be rollerballs, lumpy beneath your feet, when you just want to warm them, no flat surface. Very uncomfortable. It's a bizarre design.
