this is amazing, works so good at getting right into that knot where you can't reach, and it really kneads it like a good massage! You can control how deep by pulling it closer, and you can easily move it up and down your neck and back to various locations.

I'm crazy about this neck and back massager! I had relatively low expectations, but this has proven to be one of my favorite purchases. The adjustable direction of the rollers and heat settings make it feel so good on my nagging shoulder muscles. I look forward to using it and feeling the relief from pain and tension.

I read a number of reviews on multiple products before purchasing this item. It came within 2-days as promised by Walmart. Also, this item functions exactly as all the reviews stated. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER 😊!!! I am 5'6 and and weigh 112. Small frame! Some people state; it does not get that hot or warm. This is red infrared light therapy (which works a whole lot better than heat therapy). I LOVE ALL THE ADJUSTABLE SPEEDS and buttons. YOU, adjust your own pressure with your arms! Best product I've used for easing neck pain. Does not get too hot but hot enough to feel relief. Massages real well and can go both clockwise and counter clockwise. Large enough to use on back also.

This self massaging tool is amazing! It’s not battery operated or doesn’t have to be charged you just plug it in and it gives so much power. I love mine any time I have any lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain it does the job, your able to move it around to whatever area you are feeling pain in. 10/10

I bought to massage neck muscles as get strained working hours at computer. I wanted a tool that aI could use in car while driving for a hour after work. This massager comes with a cigarette lighter adapter but other than that it is not designed as a car massager. In fact it says not to use while driving. It is quite big and bulky and its massaging power/ speed are at the best low to barely adequate. It has two speeds - one very low and the other just enough. It has a heat mode, which turns on a red light but not sure if really provides any warmth. It must be plugged in to use so no batteries. Its rollers can be operated in both clockwise and anti clockwise directions. Besides that I don’t see why it would be advertised as 8D motion. I thought the product would be small enough to put on the back of neck and it would do the trick. But no, this requires putting on back and then pulling down on the two straps with both hands so that a pressure is maintained for its rollers to knead thru. This means it is not a hands free device and defeats the purpose of being a car massager. I have used it only a couple of times so far and not sure if like it enough. The advantage I see is that it easier to massage neck than hand held reciprocating massagers.
