These are fantastic if you have feet or arch issues. i havent frozen them yet since putting in fridge provideds needed relief. putting them on the correct way took me a minute to figure out. you can tell by how they fit if uvhave them on correctly. Absolutely would buy again. will be biying more for gifts during holidays!

My feet have been swelling lately and sometimes, they are sore from it. I got these the other day and at night after work, I put them on and it has helped reduce that and the soreness. They recommend only 20 minutes at a time which works out because in that amount of time, they are beginning to warm up due to body heat. Pack them in baggies and back into the freezer. I don't know if all will feel the same but, for me they are helping a lot.

We purchased these to help with my husband gout he gets it in his ankle with swelling. We use one as it is only on one foot we use it about every 2 hours for 30 minutes seems to give him relief from the pain. So far the ice packs are holding up by the end of the day they are still cold not frozen I put them back in the freezer each time use it. Worth the sale price glad I ordered them. Not sure you could use it on any other part of your body but get for the ankle fits nicely

Well, when I got my order, I just love them and it helped out my foot. I twisted it over and within a week. My foot was feeling so much better. They were awesome thank you.

This was exactly what I needed and hoped for. The wrap is easy to apply and has proven durable after repeated use. I only use them as ice packs, so I can't comment on their use as heat packs.

Product arrived to late and no longer needed item- returned - unable to rate based on use- however quality of item looked great! Returned for a full refund!

they are a tad confusing to figure out how to put them on but once I got it they've been great. a very profound cold I suggest trying first with socks. a great purchase, makes my foot feel so much better.

it's a nice ice/hot pack, however, it is not a one size fits all. it is tiny. I ordered it for my wife's swollen ankle. she has size 5.5 feet and small ankles. With the swelling her ankles are definitely larger than normal but the wrap just barely fits , especially when it harder fresh out of the freezer and hard. It actually hurts to get the straps fastened. I would hate to see how this would fit my ankles or anyone's with larger feet and ankles especially if the are swollen.

This wrap is very cumbersome to apply. The flocked side would be expected to be on the inside as a soft layer against the skin, but the instructions have the hard vinyl side down. It is too small for an average size foot. It does not get very cold and warms up very quickly. Other than those issues, it is perfect.

Horrible product. I was so excited to get this product because of a bad ankle that eventually will need surgery. It's terrible. It won't wrap correctly as shown in pictures. No matter how you wrap it. It's just not as advertised.
