Not sure if it was these or not but my plantar fasciitis went away within a week or two of using them. My doctor appt has been rescheduled twice by them and is now 2 months away so, I am really happy to not be having that pain any longer.

On my feet working for 8hrs a day with plantar fasciitis these pads a game changer for me. They don't get rid of all the pain but it does get rid of most of it. I can walk down the halls %26 not question why am I working in agony.

Works well for a painful foot muscle.
These patches are great! Everyone once in a while my P.F. acts up and I need to wrap it for a week or two. These patches work well when I've got a painful day.

Use these when I'm on the go. They work good. Only problem is you will need something sharp to open them as they are not pre-cut

Leaves a mess on your feet
The patch doesn't stay on, even when sleeping. Even worse, it's almost impossible to get the glue off. What a mess! No thanks.
