Great Quality Headset
My fiance and I bought this headset in hopes to not compromise quality and at the same time not break our budget. I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sound and the craftsmanship of this headset. It is way better than the Playstation Gold's headset which is twice the price. Very comfortable while using. Highly recommend. Would buy it again.

Chose the Hyper X Cloud Stinger Headset over another brand we ususally buy. My grandson loves it. Very well made and sturdy. I'm sure it will last a lot longer than the other popular brand that it is replacing. I highly recommend purchasing it.

I bought these for using with my laptop and tablet. Best investment ever, comfy ear cups, clear & crisp sound. Easy access microphone.

Great so far.
This is my first gaming headset so I have nothing to compare it to but it's comfortable and it's great on my Nintendo Switch, which was my main reason for buying it. Haven't used the mic cause I have no need for it.

Mic Stopped working after a month.

The Dongle died, in 6 months.
They stopped working while in use. One second they were fine, static, and then they were just dead. I tried charging them and some other things but nothing worked.

Subpar Quality
Quality was subpar at best…felt cheap and super lite, like I was gonna break them at any point. Used for one day and returned them for the Corsair HS50 Pros day and night difference. Would say worst headset at this price point.

Flimsy mic
Works fine but mic fell off. Bought 2 yr protection plan but they said it should still be under manufacturer warranty. I don't know how to contact them. What sense does it make to buy protection plan! SMH
