THE BEST OF THE REST
This binder is the best, for the price, available. The D rings are absolutely superior to round rings with less tear outs. the binder itself is sturdy and should las a long time with proper care.

Bad service
First, the item was not the size as per listing. So we return it for a refund on Dec 2nd, 2025. After going to the store 3 times and phoning the 1 800 number also 3 times , we finally got our refund Jan 19th, 2026. If you call that good service, well I don't. It was absolutely the worst service. I have ordered online before but I will never order online with Walmart ever again.

didnt receive correct amount.
we ordered 2 sets of these soo it should have been 24 tital binders and we only got 2 binders. we spent over 50 dollars for 2 binders. the binders we received were nice but wheres the rest?????
