Worked great!

We got this to put on the back of a door since they did not install a towel rack in our master bathroom and I tell you, it was perfect. So glad we went this route!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to hang my quilt on a cafe rod but didn't want the location permanent so I decided to find a Command hook that would take the place of the rod brackets. A hook at each end of the rod works perfectly. The quilt has been in place for several months with no problems. The contrasting colors are nice; I am very pleased.

The adhesive is strong and doesn't damage...I reused the same hook and same adhesive a couple times and it still holds my large bath towel without damaging the wall. The only thing is it looks cheap and plastic-like and not as nice as they show on commercials.

I put a wall clock on and when I re-entered room the clock was on the floor. I have not found hook yet. I had someone mount it for me since I am disabled. In all fairness it may have been mis- mounted by person. I did note clock pulling away from wall when it was mounted and person said that was normal. I now think clock was put on before adhesive was ready.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of weeks ago and used it to hang a light sweater. After a week the clear plastic rear support broke (small clip piece) and in order to replace it I have to buy a whole new hook?

when I received my package it was ripped into and it was out of package and it was broke. very ticked off!

I've bought several command products but this was the first time I used it on a painted wall. The results weren't good! I've had the hook hanging for over a year (with nothing hanging from it). We're moving from our RENTAL and I went to take it down as it says to, pulling straight down. It stretch out then snapped, leaving me holding the end piece of adhesive. At that point there was nothing to grab on to to remove it. I just tried as gently as possible to loosen it and it eventually started to then the plastic piece and adhesive backing broke in half leaving the bottom half firmly hanging on. I used the same gentle method to remove the final piece and after 10 mins of doing so it finally came off with part of the wall!!

I always try to err on the side of caution, so I bought the large hook, even though the medium was rated to hold what I intended to use it for. The hook worked well for a while, and I was quite happy with it, because it provided an efficient solution. That is, until this weekend, when I found everything on the floor, including the hook with a piece of my wall attached. I would have been better off just drilling a hole in the wall, it would be easier to repair.
