had a good price for it, works great and cools room good, 11' x 13' room, the only thing was when only fan running there is a slight vibration sound, had to get use to it, marking for controls are small and hard to read on unit and remote, all in all it cools good.

So far so good! Minimal noise, excellent packaging, beautiful unit, so easy to install. I highly recommend. Great adorable price! Cools large area fantastic!

Despite being a lot lighter than other units (67 lbs) this air conditioner cools in no time. Just bought it so it will be interesting to see how energy efficient it will be. It came with some nice insulation panels to keep the cool air in. I'm set for summer!!

This AC is surprisingly loud, but worth getting used to the white noise. Easy to install. Came with everything needed. Cooled our little house right away, and has a thermostat and energy-saving setting. Bonus: the filter is washable and reusable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

sent me a 14.300 unit went ahead and installed dadhas to have ac but thats not right to send wrong unit should be price difference thanks faithful customer

Returning. Flimsy like it's manufactured for Labor Day Sale. VERY Loud! Runs ok, but turns itself to Eco on its own during the night or when I'm gone %26 house gets hot. Definitely would not recommend

Do not buy, I only used it last year and this year it does not blow cool air and instead warm air and acts like a fan. After looking for further reviews, I am not alone on this. I am only hoping I can get some sort of warranty help.

Please do not but this window unit AC. the remote did not come with a battery. the accordion panels were IMPOSSIBLE to put on the unit. i believe they are the WRONG one. This AC unit is now in my window held together with duck tape and can foam. the battery needed for the remote cost $10. please do not buy this window unit.
