This is a powerful very compact unit. I installed it in a playroom thats 12x30 and it keeps the area at 74 degrees with no problem. I the remote is very convenient to use, and the controls on the unit are easy to operate also. Its quiet in my opinion. I have fans that make more noise. I definitely recommend this product. Great air conditioner.

Works very well. Easy to install and much lighter and smaller than I expected for its output. Energy efficient and kept our apartment cool all Summer - even in extreme ambient heat. On the downsides, it's louder than I hoped and the motor emits a mechanical drone, rather than the refined hum of my old Freidrich. But overall, very well made and we are happy with it - especially for the price.

Seems like a nice unit although with the cool temps lately I haven't been able to test it out properly. 4 instead of 5 stars because of damage during shipping. Manufacturer should protect unit better before shipping but Fed Ex is to blame for using the box for a step. A clear foot print was on top of the box exactly on top of the damage which was a cracked front cover and a large dent on top of the unit. This kind of damage is not unusual for Fed Ex in my experience but some of the blame goes to lack of protection during packing of the unit.

Work's great, cools down my kitchen and living room in my small one bedroom apartment. The installation they offer was amazing! You definitely won't find a better deal. It is a little loud, so that's why it's only 4 stars.

the air conditioner was damaged. but we banged out the dents and it works fine. the box was in perfect shape so damage must have occured before it was shipped.

The unit showed up damaged. The outside box was okay but the back coil was damaged. We received it the day before the heat wave. We couldn't return it because we didn't want to wait for another. So far it seems to be working okay.

it cools good to a certain point and then it's like it freezes up I have to turn it on fan and let it run for a while before it start cooling again or it has a dry function and I can turn it on and then it will start cooling right would not recommend

If it works i will give you a better rating however there was no lid on box. It was exposed and dented If it works and you offer some credit for the damage I would be a little happier. Shipping time was acceptable

we have had this air unit for a little over a year stored it in a temp controlled area. i just re installed into window a few days ago ran it and it started to spark. im just glad it did it while i was home or i wouldnt have one.
