I lived in Nee Orleans over a decade!!! I could smell the coffee being made because i worked blocks from where they were making it!!!! I go back and remember my youth and how awesome the coffee smelled!! Even tho sometimes it was so sting it almost nauseated me !! lol! That just meant it was in hit!! wooowoop!!

It is a dark, flavorful blend. I began drinking Community's Chickory and Coffee 30 years ago after a painful enlarged prostate. My physician knew I drank a lot of coffee and sodas. He recommended I switch from coffee to chickory or chickory and coffee. I did and reduced the number of sodas by 95%. What a difference. I love the robust flavor!

I love this coffee because it is, simply put, a unique, awesome, flavorful brew of high quality. Nothing else like it really. I'm from Cleveland, OH, have visited NOLA quite a bit in recent years and stumbled on this coffee when doing some work up in St. James parrish. It also seems to have an extra kick that l like! Bought a bunch of K-Cup packages and am working on converting my siblings.

Love my coffee and chicory! I grew up in New Orleans drinking community coffee and chickory, went many years without it after I moved away. But now it's become a staple in my household again and I love that it comes in k-cups compatible with my Keurig!
