am not sure how to rate as I think that it is probably a quality product. However, it was supposed to be compatible with my HP printer, and it was not. My printer rejected it saying that it was a clone, copycat, etc.. I will need to return
The price is right, but what I didn't notice is that the box looks like it's HP brand, but it's not. So, it wasn't compatible with the printer it was bought for. My mistake for not looking closely enough. It did work in a co-workers machine so I gave it to them.
Product was not compatible with my printer, however the box it came in says it was. Instructions for installation are terrible. When I removed the bottom cap, the ink spilled onto my fingers and sandals. I thought I broke it, as there were no instructions indicating to remove the cap.
HP has already figured out these are clones and would not allow the printer to use them, despite acknowledging the cartridges were the correct type. So while the intention is good, the product is unusable.
Installed black cartridge in my NEW HP 8130 printer - WHICH I ABSOLUTELY HATE - and CATRIDGE WAS REJECTED BY THE PRINTER AND WOULDN'T WORK. HAVE TO RETURN
My HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e showed this kind of "non-original/cloned" ink was rejected. I have to return it back to the seller/Walmart. Tried many times based on suggested methods but no success. Sorry about that.
Seller changed their name recently. Item received was COUNTERFEIT. Item did not work as described and seller refuses to remedy. DO NOT PURCHASE SELLER IS A SCAMMER.
The ink would not work with my HP printer. The screen said after installing the cartridges, The cartridges have been altered or cloned. HP printers require ORIGINAL HP cartridges. I then installed original HP inks and it worked perfectly.
It's not the real brand so the printer says the cartridges have been altered or cloned and they don't work.
I ordered HP brand and you guys send a different brand, my printer doesn't not read other brands 😖
