Conair Custom Curls & Waves Rollers, 12 Multi-Size Ceramic Rollers with Clips

This is my 4 th set of the same hot rollers over the course of 25 years plus. The last set lasted 5 years. The rollers still worked nicely, but they were showing signs of wear, and my lid was cracked, so it was time to replace them. I have naturally curly, wavy hair, and these rollers just define the curls to look nicer and smoother w added volume. I even use them after straightening my hair to add volume w smoother results.

Have used these velvet hot rollers for YEARS! They had the best clips that hold them in place and they are easy on your hair. Perfect for those of us that don't use curling irons or rods to put volume curls in our hair. My hair is thick, and these do a great job for curls that hold all day!

My same set that I bought several years ago started to smoke so I discarded them and ordered another set just as before. Love these rollers, but I wish they would come with plastic clips instead of the wires. The wires never keep the rollers in place.

I am a huge CONAIR FAN. It's literally the only brand of rollers I use . These are rated at professional grade so if you purchase these know that they do not come with the clips . I have actually purchased 2 different set of clips in which none of them have truly been large enough to hold the actual roller in place . This was highly disappointing . I will always and forever back conair hot rollers as I've used them for over 40 years .

Overall, nice item but the clips are VERY bad. They don't hold my hair AT ALL. Maybe because of my hair texture? I have bone straight hair. I am thinking about returning the item because of the CLIPS issue. Not sure why but YouTube Conair products come with claw clips rather than these wire ones. Conair, send me some CLAW CLIPS if you could.

this really didn't curl my fine but thick Caucasian hair at all, even being left for a long time. i was hoping it would leave me with less frizz after blow drying and some curl but not super tight old lady curls, it was really like a bit of a wave for a few seconds and then immediately frizzy again. i will look for a better set and use a straightener for now. also, the set left no where to put the pins that hold it, so you have to just... get a ziplock bag and store them in that and hope they don't get lost? poor design.

These rollers were larger and on sale so I decided to give them a try. They would not stay set in my hair though, very frustrating. Every head turn and the rollers would slip and I kept re-rolling. The curls and waves did not hold at all either. I have medium thick, longish hair and seems like these should have been great. Other roller brands stay in my hair fine with the pin holders, which I love. Heat up time is moderate and roller size is fine. Not sure why these don't work for me. Will go back and shop for Remington larger rollers.

I have requested fefund back to method of payment weeks ago! I actually spoke with a live chat regarding this. The rollers were very defective and when plugged in it got so hot I couldnt stand to barely touch curlers or oup in hair as it startied burning my scalp! I explained to the associate thatI am disabled and cant drive. My husband has had some setbacks from knee replacement surgery!He said he was sorry and un derstood. I was told to just discard and do away with it which i did.He said it would be put back on my card but could take 7-10 days to show up on my account. It still has not been refunded back yet.

The clips that were supposed to be included were missing. The convenience of the delivery service was negated because I had to go to Walmart to exchange the item. Yes I know that I had options to ship the item back for an exchange, but those options were more of a hassle.

The box looks like someone brought it back the curlers looked ok but THE HUGE PROBLEM THERE ARE NO CLIPS, YOU CAN'T USE IT WITHOUT CLIPS CAN YOU MAIL THEM TO ME?? OR I'LL RETURN THIS AND GET ANOTHER ONE HOPEFULLY WITH CLIPS. THANK YOU, WANDA MICHAELIS
