I am trying to better understand my hair and what products fit best with me. For example, I have light fine hair, and this product does not way it down nor let my hair burn. Make sure you do research on your type of hair before buying all kinds of products like I have.

I have re-purchased this item five times so far. I use this every time I plan to use heat on my hair, and my hair has never looked healthier. I have fine to medium hair and I can apply this liberally without it weighing my hair down. Overall, this is a great heat protectant at a great price.

Smells amazing and leaves my hair shiny and smooth after blow drying, ironing. Doesn’t leave a greasy film like a lot of the other brands. I swear by this heat protectant!

I love this product! It works well and leaves my hair soft. Only gave 4 stars because I ordered the 2 pack and when I received it 1 bottle was open and all over the box and other bottle. A whole bottle wasted...not that big of a deal but I tired emailing them with pictures about this issue several times and have never received a reply which was about 3 weeks ago when I ordered. Great product! Horrible customer service!!!

I've used this off and on for a few years and like the protection for those rare days I blow dry %26 use a curling iron. With silver hair, heat protection is important because the strands are fragile. This makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my hair. It's east to use, the nozzle and spray are nicely made, and it helps smooth my hair.

I ordered the heat tamer and instead got “Protecting Heat”. The product ingredients are different on the product I got vs the product I expected to receive. This is deceiving and completely annoying. I ordered from here specifically to get the heat tamer.

Received broken and unable to spray.

No longer worth it. The price keeps going up and up. This is a very basic heat protectant. Doesn't smell good, performance isn't that impressive, feels and looks heavy in the hair. Really nothing special. I only bought it because it used to be a good value, I have a lot of long hair, and I wash and dry frequently. It was fine when it was a good price. Now they keep raising the price thinking we won't notice or that we'll just think that's how things go. Not me. These drugstore brands are having a moment on social media and now they're taking advantage of that and price gouging. They were only having a moment because of the price/value and now that's gone. These companies will make up any excuse, supply chain issues, inflation, fuel prices, anything to excuse raising the price. Don't be a sucker and do not reward these companies for their shady behavior. Me, I will give up makeup, give up blow drying my hair, whatever I have to do, I'm NOT paying these inflated prices and neither should you.

Couldn't try it, the pump was broken

I was very disappointed with this product. It didn’t look anything like the packaging and contained no keratin. I returned it. What a waste of time.
