L'Oreal Paris Elvive Total Repair Squeeze Leave in Conditioner, Damaged Hair, Protein, 5.1 fl oz

I love the product pictured but that’s not what I received after ordering it twice. I was sent cerimide recharge instead,in the black tube. Very disappointed I couldn’t get the right order after two tries. So I can only comment on previously buying it, but didn’t get it this time.

I swear to you a few years ago, the formula was completely different and used to work miracles on my hair. Now it does not do that. It’s OK it’s decent but for the price point and for what it does, it doesn’t matter.

I've tried a lot of products for my hair it's long. I don't want to cut it even though it doesn't look healthy so after I shampoo my hair and conditioner I put on this product by L'Oreal and my hair looks amazing the next day when it's dry today was the first day. It looks healthy too, and the price is right so I hope it keeps working. Don't give up.

I love the actual product shown in the picture! However, this is now the second time Walmart has shipped something completely different! Either update the status of the product shown to unavailable or ship the correct product!

So, as you can see in several reviews, this isn't the product that I received. I received something similar that's, in a black tube. It works fine, but I would have liked to receive what I actually ordered.

Only gave two stars because I haven't actually used the product yet. I am confused and wondering if this product also comes in a black tube? If not, I got the wrong item.

This is NOT what I got🤨🤨 I ordered the one in the picture and I got something similar in a black tube….COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I’m VERY upset as I was not home when they arrived and now it’s too late to return it. I’m DONE ordering from Walmart online. I just might cancel my Walmart membership because this is the second order in a month I had an issue with. In the picture the tube on the left is what I order, the tubes on the right is what I got. And no….they’re not the same thing. Now I’m stuck with 2 tubes of this nonsense I’ll never use😡🤬

I ordered two of these and received a different L’Oreal Elvive Total Repair 5 product called “Ceramide Recharge” which comes in a black bottle. The product I ordered, as you can see by the picture, comes in a yellow bottle and is called “ Protein Recharge.”

They sent me the wrong item I ordered the “yellow bottle“protein leave in conditioner “ instead I got a black bottle. Now I have to make a trip to the store to return something I didn’t ordered just to get my money back! Very disappointed and frustrating.

This is not as advertised. The picture is not the product that was sent, it was a different Loreal product with ceramides, not protein. Maybe they discontinued this one, but then why put that picture and description on the web page.
