Very easy to use convenient and it works out perfectly when you learn how to straighten hair and do for your self. I highly recommend it and it's easy to hold into your hands and with all the safety precautions on there.

Purchased this straightener and it works great and it straightens my hair really well. It heats up pretty quick and cools down pretty fast.The temperature is adjustable and it has a locking feature that is very handy. Works better than my old one. Works good. No complaints.

I've never spent much time or money on my hair but this is by far the best flat iron I've ever owned. It takes about 15 seconds to heat up to the temperature you want and doesn't take too many passes on the same strands of hair for the hair to be straightened like other flat irons I've had before.

I have used it a few times now and its great. Heats up fast and straightens hair quickly.

AWFUL! Go buy the more expensive brand, this does not work. I had to keep going over the same strand of hair multiple times to get it straight, never had that problem with my ION. I needed something fast for a upcomimg trip, thats the only reason I bought this, bid mistake! I had to return it,

This item was defiantly returned and they just sold it to me. The plastic bag in which the flat iron came in was a bit burn and melted.
