This is a well made umbrella stroller with major important upgrades to traditional umbrella strollers. It's drill light weight and easy to open, close and store. It has a retractable cover/shade for the kiddo, substantial shoulder /lap belts and a reinforced and padded back and seat. I like the cup holder, under seat storage and leather like material on the handles. The wheels also have locks and the mechanisms to fold and unfold the stroller are fairly easy. Assembly was very easy. My 1 yr old fits in it well and so does my 6 yr old. My only concern is when my son leans forward, the whole back of the seat leans forward too. I wish the back wasn't attached to the back bars to prevent him from going so far forward.
This stroller was so easy to put together, just pop on the wheels, they lock into place and its good to go. It also has a cup holder that snaps right onto the handles, it has a nice awning to cover the baby from the weather and both back wheels have locks on them so the stroller wont roll away. The seat on this stroller is very easy to adjust to lay it down or sit the baby up with the pull of straps on the back of it. It has one lever to push on and it quickly folds up and has a strap to hold it in the folded position, and folds up nice and tight. I have a bad back so it being light and easy to push its a big win for me and comes in very handy for me to take the grandkids for a walk or its compact enough to put in the car to bring to the store. The material is washable with a damp cloth and the back of the seat is cushioned to keep the baby comfortable. This is a great stroller.
I have found this stroller so useful! I drop off my son at his grandmas house and left the stroller at her house to use so she can have a stroller when going out with her grandson. It's light, my 70 year old grandma can easily use it and it's comfortable for my son. I do believe this is an affordable stroller for moms who are always on the go.
We flew with this stroller to Toronto over the holiday weekend and were really impressed with how it held up. The front wheel locks helped navigate the snow and slush, the all-wheel suspension handled uneven sidewalks beautifully, and we were even able to maneuver it with just one hand on the smooth floors inside Yorkdale Mall. The basket is small and hard to reach when the seat is reclined, but the handles can carry bags easily to compensate. Overall, this is an excellent umbrella stroller that - while not in the same category as high end, ultra compact travel strollers - packs a lot for its price point and is a great option for travel/errands if you want something lightweight and relatively small but don't want to spend $400+. Would recommend.
First of all, It is immensely comfortable for the child to sit on it and extremely easy and lightweight for parents to push it. What I love about Contours strollers is that they are durable and affordable. There are many products in the baby stroller category, they are either low end or high end. Generally high end baby stroller is of excellent quality but it is extremely expensive and not everyone could afford it. Similarly low end products are cheap in price but unfortunately cheap in quality too. But Contour is one of the brands that offers quality products at affordable prices. This stroller is sturdy and we have been using it for the past few weeks and loved how sturdy and strong it is. It is utmost comfortable and provides a great cushion for my child. One of the very best brands available in the market today
The Contours MaxLite Deluxe Umbrella Stroller is an excellent choice for parents who want a compact stroller. This stroller is easy to carry and maneuver. The stroller has a reclining seat, providing a comfortable ride for your child. The adjustable canopy provides ample shade. The stroller has a parent cup holder. The downside is that the storage basket is little for us. The Stroller is also easy to fold and stands on its own when folded, making it convenient for storage and transportation. Furthermore, the stroller seems to be made with high-quality materials, so I think it will be durable and long-lasting. One of the best features of this stroller is its sturdiness, which is good for security and safe when riding. In summary, the Contours MaxLite Deluxe Umbrella Stroller is an excellent choice for parents who want a reliable, comfortable, and versatile stroller for their child. Its lightweight, good design,is a great option for parents on the go.
Good umbrella stroller for the price point. I was able to assemble it in about 10 mins. The instructions are just pictures, so there were a few steps that I had to just figure out. It is not the easiest stroller to fold and unfold, and it's nearly impossible to do if you're holding a baby in your arm that you can't put down. My LO is 7 months and in the 99th%tile, and this stroller is big for them. The sun shade doesn't block the sun because my LO is small for the stroller. I do like that there's a lot of room to grow height wise for kiddos, so this is a great stroller for taller kids. The handles for the stroller is pretty high, so if you're petite, it might feel a bit awkward pushing it. The lightweight-ness of the stroller does make it easier to push. The cup holder is pretty flimsy. It can only hold a small standard cup or water bottle. My Stanley 40oz does not fit. And taller water bottles doesn't feel secure in the cup holder.
I tried this stroller and I and my baby liked it. I am 5ft4 and the length of the handle hits my hand just right. There is a luxurious leather part on the handle which I love. Good wheels that give a smooth ride. Flexible back, you can change the position of how straight or not the baby can sit. No transparent flap to see the baby.
so far so good stroller is a little stiff for my liking however this stroller is perfect for someone tall I am 5'3 and it hits my waist line
not stride will have to return
