Overall, easy to put together pretty good quality. I'm impressed perfect for my teenager and we have a kid guest over.

I got this for my uncle, and he loves it. Now we can't get him out of it LOVE LOVE LOVE

It was hard to put together by myself, I am 82 and found it required all my strength. It is together now and beautiful.

Putting it together was a pain the arms of the chair and the holes for the screws were really hard to line up plus you could see where the holes were when putting in the screws when no matter what you did. Other than that it nice chair pull-out for just relaxing and sleeping it is a little firm. it ok

i love everything about this chair even how compact it is. The only that i wish was different is that it should be a little more softer. its very hard. but i bought a mattress topper to put on top of it and it is cozy.

Bought for an extra “bed” for unexpected guests and a reading chair for the library. The chair itself is nice and firm. Adjusting the head rest and pulling out the ottoman for the bed is very easy. Honestly if you're buying for an extra sleeping spot, it would only fit a child or very small adult. For reference, my daughter is 5'2 and maybe 100 lbs and it's a tight fit but she doesn't mind and says it's like sleeping in a cocoon.

Very hard padding,if any, not good to sleep on, would have returned, but would have been a huge hassle, which I am sure they count on -my cats like it

The chair is missing the back . I sent an email to the manufacturer but haven't received a response yet. How do I get the back to my chair before I have to make my payment. Please help. Thank you
