I love these. They melted my cheese perfectly!
We love this food cover. We have been looking for one for years and tried many and were never happy! This one is perfect - well made, perfect size, and easy to clean! My husband loves it to cover foods right off the BBQ when they need to "rest" - think steaks and tritip.

I love this lid, it's made w/ high-quality stainless steel. It can withstand up to 500F degrees. I used it on the grill, and as a cover in the oven when I make sourdough bread.

Bought this to cover bread while baking. Decided it was not as good as cast iron, but it will definitely work on the stovetop to cover skillet. Like that it is stainless steel.
While it seemed perfect the size was smaller than stated and did not fit the pan.
