They take time
I bought as a gift, but have used them myself when making bread, rolls, and cinnamon buns. They are different from a regular spatula and take some time to become accustomed to.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I received these spatulas. They are heavy, great quality, and work perfectly. When I received my order and saw how wonderful they are I immediately ordered two more for my son's.

They are huge!!
I really should have read the description better. lol These are huge!! First of all, they are very very good quality. If you are an out door griller, these are for you, and well worth the 20 bucks. I was just looking for kitchen spatula like tools, and these are too big for that. I can't be bothered to return them, i might find use for the smaller one.
