Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle

Love this griddle . Although it says it's seasoned, it isn't ready to cook in yet. After researching cast iron, I will need to take some time to smooth and re-season property for a non stick finish.

Took camping over a fire all weekend, did great, also got rained on for two nights straight, cleaned right up, looks great and seasoned again. Dual faces are perfect for any meal.

I keep this Lodge seasoned cast iron reversible grill/griddle on my gas stove all the time now. We use it for everything—from quesadillas and sautéed veggies to breakfast eggs and bacon, even steaks. It's by far the most versatile cooking tool in my kitchen. While it's smaller than an outdoor flat top grill, It only uses two burners on my gas stove, meaning cooking for a large group requires doing batches, it's the perfect size for the two of us. We initially wanted to try this before investing in an outdoor flat top grill, and honestly, I don't think we need one now. This grill/griddle meets all our cooking needs perfectly.

Be aware that the dimensions are not for the cooking surface it’s for outside of the cooking area so this 11 inches wide cast iron it’s only 9.5 wide for cooking the length it’s no matter because it’s big enough, this is actually bigger on cooking surface than the more expensive one with handles because the handles take away cooking surface and the oil dripping on side of the one with handles it’s nice but it makes it even more smaller 8.5 wide so if you want bigger you have to get this one because this smaller one it’s the bigger of the 2.

lodge cast iron is built to last. this griddle is perfect for 2 burner cooking, indoor blackstone, pancakes, burgers, or even at home hibachi. Great for so much, sturdy, trusted Lodge product. From gas stove top, to oven, to outdoor grill, to fire pit. its cast iron so its built to last!!

It is advertised as a "Two Burner Griddle" for your stove. It's a two burner griddle if you want to work from front to rear burners but that is awkward, so I am relegating it to being a griddle on my Gas BBQ unit, which still leaves me without a griddle in the kitchen. Had I known this limitation? I would not have bought it.

I had been wanting a Cast Iron Griddle to make some pancakes, bacon, and some other things. I came across this reversible griddle and I was amazed. I couldn't wait to start cooking on it, and I was impressed by the heat it collects.It makes my cooking time more exciting and more enjoyable. I enjoy using this Blackstone griddle for breakfast and also cook a steak or a piece ofest or chicken it gives it the lines or the flavor of it was cook on the grill. On the other side the cleaning process was easy and the only thing I don't like when you wash it you have to dry it really fast, because if you don't it will get rusty.

I never received. Called and told them the picture was not my porch. neighbors didn't have A week later and still no return probably because they make you talk to AI thanks walmart and my other order didn't come either a ubs was delivered not sure where. N ever again .I'm done with this company

First, the griddle was dropped off on top of my BREAD I also ordered. I prepped the griddle and let it sit in the house for a day before using. After using it per instructions, the VERY FIRST item (ground chicken with coconut oil added) placed on the griddle stuck to it. Even after sitting until ready to be flipped. Upset, I attempted to scrape the patties off the griddle and they wouldn't come off even with a plastic scraper. I tried mushrooms and buns after that and ALL stuck horribly. I am surprised Lodge would create such a defective product.
