Cool-Living 12,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner with Digital Display and Remote, White

This a/c unit works wonderfully and cools half of my house very well.(100 degree heat index every day in South Florida). How ever!! The handing of the item was brutal!! I received the first unit, opened it and there was damage to the cooling fins where something had hit the box hard enough to go through the packing and cave them in. I went on line and returned it as damaged.( Walmart was great through this process, 5 stars to them!!) They ordered me another unit right way and scheduled the pickup of the damaged one. Four days later the replacement was here. The box looked like it had been roughed up badly so I opened it expecting the worst and there it was, one corner of the rear of the unit dented in. My son and I examined it and decided to install it any way. (As I said 100 degree heat index everyday) To my delight the unit works perfectly!! So 5 stars to the unit and 1 star to the shipping handlers.

We had ordered an air conditioner that turned out not to put out cold air, o we asked our son to return it and was immediately returned our money. So we ordered this one, Cool Living 12,000 btu, it was expected on Wed but it came Mon morning. My husband has COPD and the old A/C was on it's last legs so we were very pleased. I had seen reviews that said it worked great but was noisy. Our experience is that it works great but is not noisy. Thank you so much Walmart, we have no complaints and getting it to us earlier than expected was a Godsend.

A full month of use will tell me for sure how well this unit performs, overall appearance is great. I installed it yesterday and turned it on, it is a bit loud, but that tells me the fan is powerful and will be able to cycle 600 sq ft of air.

Great unit and does the job of cooling as I wanted! Keeps working and great air flow! I would gladly get another.

I bought this air conditioner for my living room. It does a great job keeping it cool. Could be colder if I want it to. I keep it at 70 and it's comfortable. I live in a mobile home. So if you know anything about them, then you know this is a great unit.

The air conditioner arrived damaged. The back of my unit has two big dents in it. Also, the delivery date was for July 13th and arrived three days late. The air conditioner itself works perfectly. It cools off the first floor of my 1600sq ft home. It's 106 degrees where I live and this unit is keeping my home cool.

I had it shipped to my house was not handle right theres a dent in the side. I bought it late May 2020 and it has stopped working after 2 months. I will be taking it back. Ive tried unplugging it hit the reset button and nothing.

DO NOT BUY THIS AC!!! The first one they sent me the cord was ruined and it would not start. I called and they send me a second one. The second one worked fine for a couple weeks and now none of the buttons work and it will not turn on. Its not worth the hassel! Worst AC ever!!!

what we received was previously opened, used, no longer working and dented. after an hour of tear down we found why the fan was not turning and starting to burn up...the screws attaching the fan motor in place was never installed. we used our own screws and fastened it and was able to get the unit working. NOT worth the full price we paid for a new unit.
