Good solution for an old problem
Good solution for supporting a window air-condition without requiring a lot of work. Having previously having to use plywood and 2x4's to support a unit, this makes a lot of sense. Where I put it in, the outside is stucco and not something you want to try drilling through.

Well made
I received the AC support very fast. It is well made, however my exterior window sill is brick. The instructions say you have to drill long screws into the outside sill to mount so I couldn't use it and returned to Walmart with no problem. From the picture I thought it hooked to the inside of the window and didn't require drilling or screws. I'm not sure there is any product like that so I just have a 2x4 supporting the weight outside.

No since I'm retuning the air conditioner and want a refund( I cancelled my order! ) I didn't see my cancell request on 10/19/ 25.

Didn't work for my need
I specifically ordered this because I needed a no drilling application. There IS no drilling needed on the OUTSIDE wall but you do have to drill on the inside and I rent so this did not work for me. I returned it.
