I got the AC SUPPORT for the window air conditioner I purchased too. It was not difficult to install with help from a friend. It was kinda confusing but we got it done.

Good solution for supporting a window air-condition without requiring a lot of work. Having previously having to use plywood and 2x4's to support a unit, this makes a lot of sense. Where I put it in, the outside is stucco and not something you want to try drilling through.

Works and fits well requures a bit of handyman skill but is manageable and gives support to AC unit

I have 5 of these and once installed correctly your a/c isn't going to move much or fall out. It makes sitting the a/c unit into the window a lot easier. One person can install a small a/c from inside. You can get the angle just right for drainage using the built in level. They work great and I never have to worry about my window units falling out or breaking the glass from being too heavy. There is a 1 inch or more gap on the bottom and it will have to be filled with something. I used thin plywood and just measured, cut and caulked into place. On the outside I finish the installation using caulk and FlexSeal spray around the edges to seal it. Works great. I will never install another a/c without one of these.

No since I'm retuning the air conditioner and want a refund( I cancelled my order! ) I didn't see my cancell request on 10/19/ 25.

I specifically ordered this because I needed a no drilling application. There IS no drilling needed on the OUTSIDE wall but you do have to drill on the inside and I rent so this did not work for me. I returned it.
