M room is completely cold. I purchased when heat was at its peak 116 and I didn't even feel it. Best investment I've made .

It makes my room cool and gives it the proper air it needs. Though if you're getting one, remember to also get a window bracket, foam strips to seal up the gaps, and black aluminum tape for a multi-layer seal as perfect as possible. I know the price might make you hesitate but it's worth the charge.

right out of the package the AC was damaged! the front panel on the left side is pulling apart. there is a dent on the left side. the vet on the back is pushed in multiple spots. It looks exactly like what we were looking for I have it running now I just turned it on about 5 minutes ago. it's a little louder than what some of the reviews led on to be but that could be contributed to the damage it received during shipping. we'll see how fast it cools off the room and maintains temperature and I'll update. just very upset that it came significantly damaged for the price we paid!

The unit came damaged. Upon delivery the box was obviously broken. The box was obviously dropped hard. I didn't think much of it because I knew that it was packaged thickly on the inside. However, when I open the box , the coils were smashed and pushed in on the back of the unit. I'm not sure how this will affect the unit moving forward . positive- delivery was super fast! Next day delivery, hair before noon

It doesn't cool my room! I have a living room/bedroom suite on the 3rd floor of my home! I thought buying this would cool my room during extremely hot days and it doesn't

I live in Florida and use a window unit for my bedroom as I like to sleep cold. My 5000 BTU was giving out so I decided to upgrade to a 6000 BTU. I was specifically looking for a model with a drain hole, as the newer models with no drain and slinger rings work horribly in humid climates. This model had a drain hole. But...I like my room crisp and cold and this unit didn't cool well, IMO, and that is with having it on constant cool (not eco mode) and fan. I have a pretty small bedroom, too. Also didn't like that there are not a whole lot of choices on where to aim the air. Super disappointed as I was ready to love this unit for the drain hole alone. (It's also pretty noisy, and I sleep with white noise). I'll be sending it back.

Makes a super loud buzzing sound when the compressor comes on.. put a piece of gorilla tape on the bottom to pull the front panel to the frame and it stopped so it's vibration making the noise.. but it's been running for almost 3 hours and it's still hasn't cooled off my room. It feels like a fan if anything.

I was in need of the ac for the obvious hot days and of course Fedex messes up yalls product. The whole front was sticking out before I put it back in place

The air conditioner is very loud. It sounds like somebody is starting up a truck every time it comes on I'm actually gonna give this air conditioner away to someone and get me a different brand.! I don't have the box anymore or anything to even return it. This was a very bad choice.. I didn't even know that air conditioners make this much noise anymore. The one I have previous to this one you could barely hear..
