Bought this for daughter's 6th birthday and she and her little sister absolutely loved it. Even though the bows don't fluff up like the pictures shown on the box, the bows are still really cute! Disclaimer: you will want to glue the clip on to the bow to prevent it from falling off.

I liked that it was way to follow directions. Didnt need batteries and that made it even better. You have to be careful not to get your fingered punched in a spot or two when using it. Otherwise she loved it and we had a great bonding moment.

I'm not crafty, but bought this to make my grandaughters some Jojo bows. The kit only makes three bows and I plan to reuse the machine for future bowmaking. At 30 bucks it was a bit steep, but the guide machine is great--It held my bows steady and I could stitch and glue hands-free for a stronger finished project. Each bow took less than ten minutes start to finish including the stitching.

I agree with some other reviews in that I do wish the clasps weren't flimsy plastic, but overall, I would definitely recommend for anyone with a JoJo loving child, like mine. The bows are big and I like how they sit up straight, instead of laying flat. My 6 year old LOVED making her own bows. She did require some help from me with the clasps and such, but they are very easy to figure out and make and now my daughter loves wearing her own creation

This item was far too small and very expensive. We bought this for our granddaughter but I would not purchase this again.

I bought this for my daughter because she really wanted it, but it's not as great as the box makes it out to be! It literally only makes about 3 bows, which are very hard to make with this machine. They don't stay as bows, and they don't even get big as they're described to do like her signature bows! It was a waste of money!
