This is without a doubt the same exact. Electric wheelchair, you see for sale for hundreds of dollars more reason. How I know it is because another gentleman in my building purchased one just like this one, and he paid almost 3 times more because he bought it from an online website that deals with power chairs. Electric wheelchairs and electric recliners, but I purchased this on a whim thinking I'm buying it from Walmart if I don't like it, I can bring it right to my local. Walmart for a full refund but I am not doing that. I am without a doubt, keeping this electric wheelchair. It's easy to use and perfectly maneuvers around everything. Just like the more expensive models believe me. I definitely got my money's worth considering. I only paid $350 for it. If you purchase this, you will be glad you did. It came 4 days earlier than they said it was going to show up plus I filled-out The warranty card sent it in for the five year warranty.I haven't had any reason to use it yet.So I can't elaborate on that.But so far i'm more than satisfied it folds, right up in the middle and is extremely light.I put it right in the back of my truck Thank you and god 🙌 🙌

Delivery was fast. It was not really hard to assemble, as it was pre-assemble already. Bought this for my hisband for his coming knee surgery and he likes it.

I ordered this as a surprise for my Mom so she can enjoy the outdoors without her feeling bad that we had to push her in her traditional wheelchair. The delivery came 3 days early. To my parent’s excitement my Dad assembled it as soon as it arrived. Later, calling me that the foot rest was missing. I hurriedly called, emailed and texted that it was not included in the delivery. That afternoon i got a reply from the supplier and added a photo how to locate it. Which was embarrassing in my part. The delivery was fast and supplier was quick to respond. I am very happy with the service. Keep up the good work. My Mom is happy with the features, it gives audio notifications when she back up and is now independently riding on her own.

I was very surprised on the quality of this wheelchair. I am 6 foot 1 inch tall and i weigh 255 pounds. I am not a small guy. I have taken my wheelchair on several outings and have been impressed. The power of the twin motors moves me like im nothing. The controls are very responsive and easily can move the wheelchair in any direction. Its a perfect size to maneuver through crowds ( Like Sams's ). There is only one drawback i see with this wheelchair. It is not lightweight and the weight of it is to one-sided. I am strong enough to lift and move it. However, a smaller person will not be able to move this wheelchair in and out of a vehicle. I would say this wheelchair suites a medium to large person only. For your money i doubt you will find a better wheelchair. There is absolutely nothing about the construction of this wheelchair is cheap. From a reliability standpoint i would give this chair a 10/10.

Bought this wheelchair for spouse. It arrived, worked fine for several days, then the right wheel motor died. Called customer service, they opened a ticket, and after a bit more than a week of emails and short videos with China, they determined that the motor was indeed defective. They offered to replace the chair with a similar model as the original was out of stock. We received the replacement in about two weeks from the malfunction date. That was in early December. The new chair is performing as advertised two months later. It works! Thank you Coolhut!

FLAWLESS transaction, shipping, and delivery!!!!! I received it from OnTrac a few hours EARLY too! TYVM! :) This model, the DX01, is the least expensive model in the "CoolHut"? (KERDOM) Electric Wheelchair line, so far as I have seen anyway, and I have researched it extensively, before and after sale! :) I want to make this quick and sweet, so I'll say that I was/am DELIGHTED with my purchase, because it is EXACTLY what I saw described on Walmart.com, to the T! It was delivered early, undamaged, and packed good! It only took me about 1 %26 1/2 hours to unbox and get it together, and that is taking my time, taking 120 pictures, etc! I did NOT read the whole manual, which is in plain english. I did have a delay figuring a couple things out that were not clear in the instructions, like the little anti flip wheels in the back, pull the CLIP and PIN out, THEN insert the wheels, BOTH sides, DUH, I'm so dumb sometimes! LOL ;) (By the way, I'm a 63 year old disabled man living by myself, and as I'm explaining, it really was EASY to set this up!) (Tilt box on it's side to pull folded wheelchair out to unbox by the way.....), WATCH YOUR FINGERS when setting this up! ;) There are no tools needed, it's debox, unfold, expand, click things into place, etc! "If I can do it, you can too!". The non-replaceable? batteries are sealed I guess, thank goodness, as I had no issues turning box on it's side to pull chair out, then just stand it back up and move box out of way. OK, a VERY important tip if you ask me, BE VERY CAREFUL with foot pads, foot rests, whatever you call them, they are only plastic, and not exactly sturdy, if you exert (too much) pressure on them, I think they may break!!!!! I am keeping mine folded up until I'm in the chair and ready to roll. OK, so I took my new ride outside and drove around the property for about an hour, stopping to chat with a few people along the way, and brag about my tax free, insurance free, payment free, TRANSPORTATION! LOL :) It performed with flying colors for me, in this large parking lot that has some sidewalks, and humps and a slope. I did give it a fair test drive, PERFECT! All bells and whistles worked on the controller, including each speed setting, the horn, and the mute button (Yes, there is a Lady that talks to you somewhere inside!!!! I do love that she relentlessly warns the neighborhood I'm backing up! heh heh heh) I gave a fair review here, docked 2 stars for "design", because they (China?) really could have done a couple of things better!), and I docked quality 1 star as well. BUT, when you consider that free shipping, and the backing you get between Walmart and the shipper, and the bargain basement price, relative to how GREAT it does work, I can't contain my excitement! I have been wanting to get an electric wheelchair for over a year!!!!!! I just took too long to decide on it instead of a scooter or mobility cart (4 wheels scooter?), and kept putting it off in general! I say, "JUST DO IT!" ;)

Super fast shipping and needed it fast so I was grateful for that. Unfortunately when I opened it I realized the wheel is damaged beyond repair. I hope the seller and Walmart are willing to replace this quickly.

Arrived defect, and I contacted the customer service right away; they told me that they would refund me without returning the chair, (I have the chatting record), but I never got my refund!

I bought this wheelchair for a family member. The listing claims a 20 mile range, but the battery drains much faster in real use. The user weighs 236 lbs, which is well below the 350 lbs capacity listed. It was only used for short trips at the mall and turned off when not moving, yet the battery still drops quickly. The chair is easy to use and seems sturdy, but the advertised range appears unrealistic.

Item was damaged I called still haven't received any massage from the Walmart service department I was told will be receiving the Email with in 24Hr Three days later still waiting.
