The product has quite smooth to-the-ground wheels. Armrests adjust to any angle that will accommodate your needs. Also, as usual, it's easy to adjust the height of the chair with the lever below. Work from home and it creates comfort all day with the mesh material. Headrest is a bonus when looking at my monitors throughout the day. Great back support! This chair has been great so far! I’ve had it for about a month and it rolls super smooth, is very comfortable and supportive, and looks really nice. Assembly was super easy and didn’t require any tools. I work from home about 7-9 hours/day and I feel fine when I’m done for the day. The controls are great and easy to use. The mesh fabric is strong and hasn’t sagged or anything. I weigh about 185 pounds and sit in this about 40-45 hours/week. I’m 6ft tall and this is perfect.

I based my purchase on former reviews. It wasn't comfortable for me and made my back hurt worse than the old chair I'm sitting in. It's a good quality, solid product, good value but took me longer to build. It didn't seem ergonomic to me if the chair only goes up and down and the arm rests jiggles back and forth. To me, ergonomic is total ... all about the seating and adjusting the back and that's where this product and others like it fail the customer. I also went to Office Depot to test office chairs and they're all alike ... not fitting one's back. Tsk tsk!
