Product was well packaged, and super easy to assemble. This chair has a lot of features and settings to make sure that you are able to comfortably sit and work for long period of time. You will never feel any sort of strain while sitting. The lumbar supports your back and relieves pressure from your spine. it is definitely a great investment for your well-being especially if you are working from home a lot.
Very comfortable chair and the head rest is great. The arms are adjustable so makes sitting for long times more comfortable. This is fairly easy to assemble too.

We have had it for 6 months %26 the handle already started turning up. We just bought another chai this month!
seemed ok but after 2 months they are noisy and the casters don't roll smoothly. very disappointed. I bought 3 of these and they are need to be replaced. The seller should stop selling these.
Sure would not properly lock in place lumber support will be uncomfortable. You can feel the plastic pieces all over your back not worth the money really low quality.
