The instructions are extremely hard to read and understand. Go to YouTube and search for the model number and you will find a super easy video on how to put it together. I wish these manufacturers would just put a QR code in the manual with video instructions.

This desk is so awesome I just ordered another one! It took me a couple hours to assemble, only because I didn't have any power tools so I was just using an Allen wrench and Phillips head screwdriver. A second person and a drill, it could probably be assembled in 30 minutes. The quality of the desk for the price is unreal. The desk is solid, study, works exactly as advertised and is easy to clean. My only complaint is that they photoshopped the seams out of the top in 2 of the pictures. I thought it was a solid top but it is 3 pieces. However, they go together seamlessly and it looks great. I almost returned it when I saw the size of the box (meaning it wasn't a solid top). I'm glad I didn't! Excellent product and excellent value. Highly recommend.

The desk arrived missing one small part, which was a bit frustrating, but I managed to make it work with what I had. So far, it’s holding up pretty well and works fine for my setup. The motor is smooth, and the size fits my workspace nicely. Overall, not bad — just wish all the parts had been included from the start.

didnt expect it to come in 2 boards and over time the boards weren’t lined with one being lower than the other because lack of support for the 1st board

The table it's self is not that bad. What the problem is that the top surface was chipped at the factory and haphazardly repaired. Emailed the customer support, asking for a replacement top. Got the runaround about the top being out of stock and they would credit our account $10.00 or send it back at my cost. I do not want the credit, I want the top replaced. I dont want the top to look like I bought at a second hand shop. The customer service has a lot to desired and will not purchase from them again.

The motor to lift the table is broken. Pretty easy to put together- however I recommend just spending the extra $50 on an adjustable desk with a reputable company. This one sucks. To the trash it goes as it took over an hour to assemble and it’s not even worth the hassle to disassemble and ship back.

The item came damaged and when I contacted the seller they just repeatedly sent the same email back to me stating they can’t find the order. I have sent them many emails with pictures of the order and typed the order number in. I don’t think they intend on doing anything about the damage rather they are just going to keep sending the same generic email. Buyer beware!!

The desk arrived damaged with the board packages on top broken into two pieces.. I didn’t even get to take a single piece out of the box. I tried to process a return, but it won’t allow me—instead it instructs me to call an 800 number. I’m disappointed in the product. I’m disappointed in Walmart. And I’m disappointed I with the amount of time I wasted in ordering, waiting for it to arrive, clearing a space to assemble, then struggling to make a return. Don’t waste your time. If you’re going to take a gamble at ordering a damaged product, at least do it with a company that has easier refunds.

I opened the box and started checking off each part according to the manual and found 3 pcs. missing (all having to do with the legs and base). I called the number on the manual and the woman was very short with me in her responses. I sent her pictures of the label as requested and gave her the part numbers, she informed me she would text me with confirmation once the parts shipped. Three days of no response I texted her back and her response was they sent me a message on my Walmart app. I informed her there were no messages and from that point I had no further responses from this company. I had paid and been waiting for this desk and only received a heavy box of pcs. and missing parts. I ended up having to take time to get on the phone and get through Walmart's A.I. system before reaching a human to get some help and my only option was to do a "refund" which meant I had to repackage this heavy bulky stuff and use my packing tape, my printer and ink to print a label (I ended up doing it twice because the rep. made error and cancelled the first return) I had to arrange to have it picked up and now wait until the amount I paid is credited back into my account because this company failed to respond and failed to send replacement parts. I would most definitely not recommend this company to anyone!

I was really looking forward to using this electric standing desk (product code ELT P5524V3), but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked as expected. From the beginning, the desk had a major issue: when pressing the "Up" button, only one side of the desk goes up while the other stays in place. This makes the desk unusable and potentially dangerous for anything placed on it. I reached out to customer service to either get troubleshooting help or a refund, and I’m currently waiting on a resolution. The materials and design seem solid, and the concept is great — but the execution fell short in my case. I hope I just received a faulty unit, but I’d recommend checking the product carefully upon arrival.
