This is a great chair. I had it put together within 30 minutes doing it by myself. I love the tool they gave to help screw in the boots. I really love the fact the back snaps into the arm rests which makes it a ton easier to get the final bolts in. I absolutely recommend this chair

I was desperately in need of a new office chair. After looking at chairs online at several different sites, I decided to purchase this one because (1) it was a reasonable price, and (2) it was delivered in just a few days. I've used it now for about a week, and I love it. The back support is great. It moves freely. The seat is comfortable. I can't think of anything negative about it.

My experience was a very pleasant one. The shipment arrived on time. The directions were clear and simple to follow. The step-by-step instructions were easy to follow, and the pictures gave a great example of how to complete that step. I have chronic low back issues and I was able to fully assemble this chair while sitting on a step stool. It took me 25 minutes. The chair is very comfortable and offers a great low lumbar support. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this chair as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I assembled it myself (64 y/o) in less than an hr. It was not complicated andthe directions were clear....which is 5 stars alone. It was the 4th item I'd assembled Christmas morning and some directions were awful. However, this chair has yet to be used, but I am very pleased thus far. Will get feedback from my daughter after the 1st of the year

Chair is easy to assemble, looks great, and is comfortable. The seat cushion and mesh back are soft and cushy. The lumbar support is optional - I like it since it promotes proper posture, but it may take some getting used to for some people with a tendency to complain. If you don't like it just remove it - and enough with the complaining too. Be grateful for your blessings instead!

Wow! Love this chair. Was so easy to assemble that my grandson didn't raise his voice once while putting together or carrying upstairs. Super comfortable ... - S design like my old chair but the lumbar support surprised me as my old chair did not have this feature - fully adjustable lumbar and height for us short people. Great value: All this comfort, ease and flexibility for $73 while my last chair bought years ago was over $100.

The part for the back of your Waist, it is very large and pushes out of the chair and the legs feel sitting out of the chair , I had have to removed that poorly designed piece and it is too big nothing not comfortable

First of all, the rocking part does not even work. The cushion and lumbar support are just ok. The arm rests are painful. The picture made it look like they have cushion on them but they don't. I am ordering some arm rest cushions to put on them. The video is a laugh because for someone short like me, you can't do the things that the model shows. I have to actually get out of my chair to adjust the lumbar part. The assembly was not too bad but attaching the arm rests was not easy. I got what I paid for. I didn't want to buy an expensive chair because the lifting mechanism never lasts. I like the height adjustment on this chair because I am able to put my feet on the ground.

The lumbar support in the lower back area is so large, that the back of the chair is rendered useless. And then if you remove the lumbar, the chair seems even worse. Had to return for a refund and decided to go with the Gabrylly ergonomic chair, which has been much better so far.
