The instructions are extremely hard to read and understand. Go to YouTube and search for the model number and you will find a super easy video on how to put it together. I wish these manufacturers would just put a QR code in the manual with video instructions.

The desk arrived missing one small part, which was a bit frustrating, but I managed to make it work with what I had. So far, it’s holding up pretty well and works fine for my setup. The motor is smooth, and the size fits my workspace nicely. Overall, not bad — just wish all the parts had been included from the start.

didnt expect it to come in 2 boards and over time the boards weren’t lined with one being lower than the other because lack of support for the 1st board

The table it's self is not that bad. What the problem is that the top surface was chipped at the factory and haphazardly repaired. Emailed the customer support, asking for a replacement top. Got the runaround about the top being out of stock and they would credit our account $10.00 or send it back at my cost. I do not want the credit, I want the top replaced. I dont want the top to look like I bought at a second hand shop. The customer service has a lot to desired and will not purchase from them again.

The motor to lift the table is broken. Pretty easy to put together- however I recommend just spending the extra $50 on an adjustable desk with a reputable company. This one sucks. To the trash it goes as it took over an hour to assemble and it’s not even worth the hassle to disassemble and ship back.

The item came damaged and when I contacted the seller they just repeatedly sent the same email back to me stating they can’t find the order. I have sent them many emails with pictures of the order and typed the order number in. I don’t think they intend on doing anything about the damage rather they are just going to keep sending the same generic email. Buyer beware!!

The desk arrived damaged with the board packages on top broken into two pieces.. I didn’t even get to take a single piece out of the box. I tried to process a return, but it won’t allow me—instead it instructs me to call an 800 number. I’m disappointed in the product. I’m disappointed in Walmart. And I’m disappointed I with the amount of time I wasted in ordering, waiting for it to arrive, clearing a space to assemble, then struggling to make a return. Don’t waste your time. If you’re going to take a gamble at ordering a damaged product, at least do it with a company that has easier refunds.

I had a terrible experience assembling this standing desk. Please be cautious with the instructions provided in the assembly manual, incorrect directions led to improper assembly, which caused damage due to the poor-quality wood. The wooden plank is subpar and made from very low-quality material. I’ve also tried reaching out to the seller multiple times but haven’t received any support. I would not recommend this table.

Error E5 is the only thing that shows after full assembling it. It does NOT WORK. And it’s very frustrating. Waiting to hear if the company gets back to me. Will definitely be returning it if they are unable or unwilling to fix it. Annoying and disappointing. Don’t buy. Invest in a better one.

Walmart delivery is utter garbage and will never trust your service. Pretty bad customer experience. Literally the package was delivered with broken box. I didnt have any other option to see if the product was intact. No manual provided in the box and the it was a used product by every means.
