Arrived on time. Lightweight. Fabric is very airy, which is ideal for warmer temperatures. I appreciate the wider seating area and flip up arm rests. I am full figured and the majority of chairs get uncomfortable after a few minutes.

We assembled this chair in about 20 minutes; it was straightforward with no issues. The chair is well made and fairly comfortable. I mistakenly chose a light grey instead of dark grey or black but I will just have to be careful to keep it clean. The base is sturdy and it tilts back okay. My old chair was ready for the trash long ago, so this is definitely a much-needed improvement. The cost fits the chair, good for the price.

Nice desk chair but there are more comfortable chairs and better built out there.

After installation, I noticed that the headrest was damaged upon opening. It would be appreciated if a replacement spare part for the damaged headrest could be sent. I chose this I because it was rated up to 500lbs. After putting it together I want understand what criteria they used for that rating. This is not made of sturdy material. I am about 280lbs and the creeks and cracks sounds from this chair are loud and frequent.

You get what you pay for. I had a similar chair from Target for $150 and I say this for half price. The Walmart chair is a basic uncomfortable chair with a nice design slapped on top. Easy to assemble but the left arm piece arrived broken. The padding has detached from the plastic arm piece and now looks like a permanently split banana on one end. I even tried repairing with Gorilla Glue and wedging the arm under my desk overnight to asset with adhesion but it came apart again as soon as I removed from under the desk. I tried going through walmart.com to resolve the issue and all I got was an automated message saying they "suggest I contact the manufacturer". As for the comfort of sitting in the chair, the seat pad is not comfortable and sitting in this for any extended period of time (like working from home) your bum will go numb. There are areas in life you can save money, but this is not one of them. I do not recommend.

Bought this for my mother to get around her apt . She is unable to walk on her own . She is bigger so I got the 500 weight capacity .she isn't even close to that but I wanted to be safe l. First day the wheel broke and she fell to the floor . Not very good quality . Would not recommend .

Male, 5’9” (175 cm), 155 lb (70kg). This chair feels very small for me. My knees go significantly past the bottom cushion and my shoulders go way past the back support. The measurements of the actual product are significantly shorter than advertised. For example the depths of the bottom cushion is less than 7 cm (vs the 8 cm advertised), the width of the same piece is less than 48 cm (vs the advertised 50 cm), and the length of the back support is less than 52 cm (vs the advertised 54 cm)

I ordered this chair because it's supposed to support 500 lbs. I'm less than 300 lbs. Now if a 500 lb person sits in this chair, wouldn't you expect it to have a WIDE seat? Nope! Both sides of my butt press hard into the iron bars that hold the back rest. Very uncomfortable and it is painful. Also it should be tilted slightly forward or made to curve slightly downward under my thighs. The front end of the seat seems to sit upward and cuts off the circulation to my legs!
